1st Grade T20 side debuts new uniform in style

Our 1st grade side has commenced its T20 season with a comprehensive win against Scarborough Cricket Club. The Port Boys were sent into the field after losing the toss and managed to restrict the Gulls to 7/131 after 20 overs thanks to a solid all round bowling performance. Ashton Turner (60* off 43 balls) and Jake Carder (35 off 36 balls) then guided the boys home to victory with seven wickets in hand.
The T20 side is pictured in Fremantle District Cricket Club’s new coloured uniform for the 2015-16 season. The boys really enjoyed wearing the new uniform and it was great to debut this new shirt with a victory! Everyone at FDCC wants to say a special thank you to major sponsor Medivenn for organising the new coloured uniform.
