FDCC U17’s have made their way into the preliminary final

Congratulations to our U17s side who have made their way to the preliminary finals with a convincing win this weekend against Scarborough.
After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, Fremantle made 193 for the loss of four wickets in their sixty overs, with Kaiden Cookson (63) Jack Camarda (37) Bayley Holman (44*) and Tom Weston all contributing and Guy Barnes with a quick 13* supporting Bayley at the finish.
Our bowlers then all chipped in to roll Scarborough for 93, with Jack leading the charge with 3 wickets for 11 runs, Robbie Holmes and Matija Separovic taking two each, and Dane Johnston and Jacob Headland one each.
They will take on Wanneroo up at Kingsway Sports Ground, starting at 9.30am on 17 March.
